The most important system tool for one of our clients in the waste and renewable energy sector no longer met today's requirements. That is why STEAM Consultancy has been asked to renew the asset management system for the management and maintenance of vehicles and waste collection containers.

After the decision process, STEAM Consultancy started to set up IFS Ultimo EAM Software as the source system. During the set-up process, there was continuous communication with implementation partners, the client and key users about the many processes and to improve working methods. In addition to the implementation of up-to-date data and new work processes, interfaces have also been realised with various supporting systems such as Clear, Tardiff and Oracle. This makes scheduling, operations, maintenance and finance a streamlined process.

Training of the users by STEAM Consultancy contributed to an efficient and user-friendly go-live. The management information and various Power BI reports supports the client in the continuous improvement of the business.
