We would like to share some of our ongoing Enterprise Asset Management projects.

When evaluating EAM solutions, it's essential to consider the unique needs of your organization and assess various options to determine which one best meets your requirements. Additionally, the EAM software landscape is dynamic, with new updates and solutions regularly emerging, so it's advisable to check for the most current information and reviews when making this key decision.

The most important system tool for one of our clients in the waste and renewable energy sector no longer met today's requirements. That is why STEAM Consultancy has been asked to renew the asset management system for the management and maintenance of vehicles and waste collection containers.

STEAM Consultancy has been asked to execute a complex implementation of Dynaway EAM in Dynamics 365FO in Italy for an international client in the chemical industry.

Each client has its own requirements and wishes. STEAM Consultancy has a facilitating and advisory role in this project. An international client in the midstream and downstream storage facilities for bulk liquids has implemented AX2012. We have been asked by the Dutch plant to optimise this transition.

Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is an improvement methodology within maintenance management. A large Dutch waste-to-energy plant has installed a new slag crane.

A client in the south of the Netherlands in the manufacturing industry has asked us to migrate their current maintenance registration system to Dynaway EAM. The aim of this project has been internal process improvement, which includes more tightly arranged quality requirements.

For a variety of challenges we are approached by clients. One of the ongoing projects is the processing of work orders and small changes in the asset management system set up by STEAM Consultancy.

For a client in the waste and renewable energy, we have implemented a maintenance management system for the organic waste processing installations.

Due to an unexpected failure at an energyplant, maintenance had to be carried out as quickly as possible. Due to this maintenance, the production units had to be shut down causing a stop to the steam production with direct consequences for the steam customers/users. This interruption resulted in dissatisfied customers. 

An international client with a plant in the west of the Netherlands had to be reorganised.

A logistics service provider in the port of Rotterdam has asked us to improve the internal processes and the cooperation within the maintenance organisation.

A government agency has asked STEAM Consultancy's senior business consultant to carry out a review on their maintenance optimisation by means of RCM.

For Aluchemie in Rotterdam, part of Rio Tinto and Hydro, we provided the implementation, migration and optimisation of the Microsoft AX maintenance module Dynaway EAM.
