Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009
A client in the south of the Netherlands in the manufacturing industry has asked us to migrate their current maintenance registration system to Dynaway EAM. The aim of this project has been internal process improvement, which includes more tightly arranged quality requirements.
The client created a shortlist of software systems and STEAM Consultancy strongly recommended Dynaway EAM. The decisive element in this is the mobile solution, which increased efficiency and user acceptance. Based on the existing object data, the workflows for corrective and preventive maintenance in the EAM module have been implemented within AX2009. In accordance with the schedule, the entire implementation and user training took several months.

Root Cause Analysis
Due to an unexpected failure at an energyplant, maintenance had to be carried out as quickly as possible. Due to this maintenance, the production units had to be shut down causing a stop to the steam production with direct consequences for the steam customers/users. This interruption resulted in dissatisfied customers.
An international client with a plant in the west of the Netherlands had to be reorganised.
For a variety of challenges we are approached by clients. One of the ongoing projects is the processing of work orders and small changes in the asset management system set up by STEAM Consultancy.
